Give your skin the VIP treatment
It’s not always easy to control how well you sleep. Maybe you’ve got a noisy neighbour, the dog’s barking or you’ve just got a lot on your mind. But, you do have complete control of your bedtime schedule.
The most important, pre-bed step? You know what we’re going to say. Your night cream. After a long day, it’s tempting to quickly wash your face and cozy up under the covers. But no one likes the guilt you feel looking in the mirror with mascara smeared under your eyes. Your skin doesn’t like it either.
Follow a few simple steps to look a million bucks when you wake up.
Get a good night cream
Say goodbye to the day (and everything that’s accumulated on your face) by using a deep, natural cleanser. Then, pull out your night cream and treat your eye area with a serum. Don’t just use a regular moisturiser to hydrate your skin overnight. Like you now know, a night cream heals, hydrates and fights wrinkles and fine lines while you sleep – with a thicker, nutrient-dense consistency.
A good night cream continues the work of the day version (which is usually more lightweight and protective). Our Age IQ night cream transforms tired-looking skin, firms and tightens, improves clarity and radiance and, most importantly, targets existing and future signs of ageing – thanks to ingredients like collagen-boosting peptide blend, nutrient-rich aloe vera leaf water, and hydrating sodium hyaluronate.
Try Age IQ night cream for a month and see how much of a morning bird you become. If you don’t notice a positive change in your complexion, we’ll refund your money.
But wait, there’s more. More tips to learn. Alongside your night cream, do these nighttime health-hacks for better skin.
Wash your pillowcases
Natural skin oils and sweat seep into pillowcases as you’re sleeping, so it’s important to wash them regularly. There’s little point cleaning your face and using a great night cream if you’re going to rest for hours on a dirty pillow. The cool thing about the Age IQ night cream is its mask-like consistency. Also, it’s designed to create a barrier to guard against wrinkles and lines that pillowcases and sheets cause.
Be conscious of the products you use in your hair. Often, leave-in hair conditioners are oily and this can transfer onto your face (but less if you’re using our night cream).
On your back, please
Sleep on your back so your face isn’t pushed into a pillow. Your skin is delicate. It’s best to sleep on your back with your pillows stacked. Gravity promotes skin drainage, which reduces puffiness. Noticed eye bags or puffy cheeks? As well as a night cream, add an extra pillow into your routine.
There’s no better feeling than waking up to a glowing face. Soft, radiant morning skin is achieved through a good night cream and perfected routine. You don’t need to do too much to get the skin you love. Just be consistent with your day and night creams and you’ll soon notice the difference.
Wake up, sleepy head. And, do it well with Age IQ night cream.
